Southern Navigators have a number of qualified coaches. We arrange numerous coaching sessions where you can receive help and advice from them.

Task Description: Head Junior Coach

Name of coach: TBC

Responsible to: Southern Navigators Committee

MAIN DUTIES

  1. To take full responsibility for the club’s junior coaching sessions.
  2. To prepare all coaching sessions beforehand.
  3. To work with and include assistant coaches and other adult helpers in the preparation and running of each session.
  4. To offer the club feedback on the organisation and degree of success of junior coaching and competitions.
  5. To assist the Club Team Manager (or Club Junior Team Manager) in the selection of teams.
  6. To travel to competitions with the junior team(s).

  1. To assist with the club’s junior coaching sessions.
