SN Junior Training on Zoom
Do you have a junior orienteer who would like to learn and develop their orienteering skills? Would they like to meet their junior club mates? Are they looking to run harder courses, or just get confident to run solo?
SN will be holding an online training session using Zoom on Monday 13 March, 7pm – 8pm. We will have some orienteering based games, look at some maps and have a chance to think about the upcoming British Relay Championships. The session is aimed at juniors who run white, yellow or orange courses, aged 9-13.
The session will be led by Carol Lovegrove, British Orienteering licensed coach, assisted by another DBS checked adult. We will be using the SEOA Zoom licence.
If your junior would like to take part, please email Carol on (email address available on request), by Fri 10th March. You will then receive a Zoom meeting invitation and guidelines for junior participation to cover safeguarding. By joining the meeting, you will provide parental consent for the activity.
