To get you in the mood before the JK Middle race, or just to shake off the Wednesday blues, why not come along a run aroud a short little middle course .. .see how quick you can go or just fine tune those techniques … ALL Welcome, no cost to SN members.
Mass start (for those who want to run as a JK Selection race :-)) will be around 6:50ish ... For those of you who dont know SN used to run a fun mass start single person relay race over a short distance - this used to help the team captain pick teams ... this time will be run as a bit of nostalgia.
Don't worry if you don't want to do mass start - you can just turn up and run the course ... distance between 1.8 and 3.1km
