Coaching Sessions suitable for anyone who runs light green and above

Katherine Bett is running four Wednesday evening training sessions. These are structured group sessions focusing on simplification and are aimed particularly at adults who have some experience but haven't had much coaching before, although sessions are open to all! There will be a warmup and a number of exercises to do, with an opportunity to chat things through with a coach - so similar to a usual evening training with one course to do within a window. Feel free to do the military event beforehand where applicable - we're using different controls.

Each training session starts at 18:15, and is designed to last an hour. We will meet at the car parking and then head into the terrain. Courses are about 3.5km

You don't have to attend all sessions, but it is advised as they do link together each week. All you need to bring is a compass (and a pen for sessions 3 & 4) as we'll be using mini kites. If you can let Katherine know if you plan to attend, that will be very helpful in terms of printing enough maps (although extras will be printed, so you can turn up on the day). Please let Katherine know by emailing events@southernnavigators.com, (or messaging on WhatsApp if you're part of the SN WhatsApp group).
