Race 8 in the SEUOL. A great urban area for all, giving a technical challenge suitable for all courses. Recently extended to add to another dimension to this already testing area this is a must race for your bank holiday Monday.

Terrain Description

The area is mainly residential with a mix of paths, alleyways, roads and open spaces, creating a challenging and fast orienteering environment. Map significantly extended where the four longest senior courses will visit Horsell Village,

Dog restrictions

Dogs should be under control. No dogs on the courses

Important Event Information

Safety and Risk: A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the organiser. Neither Southern Navigators, the landowner or British Orienteering can be held liable for any accident or other incident arising while undertaking the event. Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event - including clothing appropriate for the conditions, and if required, a means of summoning assistance (e.g. phone or whistle).

Insurance: From 1 January 2020 all participants are covered by the British Orienteering third-party liability insurance policy. (NB: This is not a personal injury policy).
