First use of this very varied site, woodland, grazed pastures, scrub, parkland and even some urban.
Three loops of c 1.5-2k of increasing difficulty, do all three to get a tour of the whole site. First 2 loops are all off road so suitable for juniors. Training theme is attack points.

Training open to all club members. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult when urban based.

Course Information
Three loops of increasing challenge. First 2 loops are off road so ok for juniors. Third loop contains some quiet housing estate roads. Do any combination or all 3 to take in all the varied habitats on site.
Theme is attack points although the site does not give too technical challenge so very suitable for beginners and improvers.

After forest orienteering, please check thoroughly for ticks and remove immediately if you find them. Lyme Disease is on the increase in the South East!
