Sessions will start with a basic orienteering course in order to introduce track or road runners to the O map and the idea of orienteering. There will be progressively more difficult courses on offer, using the same area and often the same controls, so that there is an element of familiarity whilst also gently progressing runners onto the terrain .

Club members are requested to come along to help by introducing the aim, the map, and then by running alongside the track runner around the courses to be there to help if required. Please email events@southernnavigators.com if you can help , and please let anyone who might be interested know about these events.

This is the same venue as the club coaching no 7th June
