New options
Get your orienteering fix with a selection of Solo-O and MapRunF courses for you to complete at your own pace and in your own time. SN reminds all members of the club and O community that any participation should be done totally in line with the current restrictions regarding COVID-19.
National guidelines say that "If you need to travel you should stay local – meaning avoiding travelling outside of your village, town or the part of a city where you live".

2019/20 Junior League
Final standings and prize winners
We have decided to bow to the inevitable and call a halt to the 2019-20 league season. Season results and prize winners are now added to the results page of what turned out to be the final event: Alice Holt-Sat Series 2019/20-2020-03-07. Congratulations to St Andrews, who retained the team trophy, and to all the individual winners.

Membership
Southern Navigators (SN) welcomes new members of all ages, from complete beginners through to experienced orienteers. The club is affiliated to British Orienteering, the sport’s national governing body, and you join the club via British Orienteering (see below for details).

Permanent Orienteering Courses
Permanent courses give you the opportunity to try out orienteering without any pressure. They can also be used by experienced orienteers for training.
A Permanent Orienteering Course is a perfect way for getting active, enjoying the scenery and green spaces with your family, or as a chance to get outdoors for a competitive time trial.
The challenge is to discover checkpoints in the form of posts or plaques, in forests, heathlands, parks and green spaces across the UK. The combination of physical and mental exercise often in stunning locations is like no other, and you can find, navigate and complete courses at any time, and at your own pace. You just need a map to get you started!
