SN Trophy - results delay
Thank you for coming to our event on Sunday 30 November. We hope you enjoyed your day of sunlit forests.
Thank you for your patience.
We have now corrected the fault which was that a check control was incorrectly labelled as a start box. The data was all there - we just needed time to recover it and to make sure everybody got the right times.
One competitor on black has been credited with completing the course after using manual punching and GPS tracks after losing his dibber

SN sprint to medals in East Anglia
British Sprint Championships Weekend
SN won two team silver medals in the British Mixed Sprint Relays at RAF Honington on 30 August, in the Veteran (40+) and SuperVeteran (55+) classes. Well done to Peter, Richard and Sarah (Vets), and Phil, Mel and Pete (SuperVets).
In the individual championships at University of East Anglia (UEA) on 31 August there were golds for Sarah (W45) and Mel (W55) plus three bronze medals for Jake (M16), Jocie (W20) and Peter (M45).
A great weekend of fast action and exciting races, with brains severely tested by the complexity of the multi-level UEA campus. Congratulations to all our medallists. Full results and photos here .
SN medallists at WMOC 2025!
Two SN members won medals at the recent World Masters Orienteering Championships (WMOC) held in Girona, Spain. Sarah was 2nd in W45 at the Sprint event, missing gold by just 6 seconds. Woo was second in the Middle distance, missing the top step of the podium by only 4 seconds! Two excellent performances nonetheless, and both of them also achieved highly respectable 4th places in the Long distance final.
Further details and photos can be found here.
WMOC is an annual event open to all orienteers over the age of 35, with associated public races for younger attendees. Next year's event is in Poland.
