The last mile of summer training
The 2024 midweek summer activity/training programme concluded with the traditional mile race around the abandoned cinder track at Hawley.

SN 2024 British Sprint champions
Congratulations to Sarah W45, Mel W55 and Jake M14 - our three individual champions. There were also silvers for Laura W20 and Axel M70, and a couple of sprint relay bronzes for the Junior 16- and Vet 40+ teams. Full results here for Relays and here for the Individual event.

British Championships Success for SN
Congratulations to our 2024 British Long Distance champions, Tom Bray (M35) retaining his title from 2023 by a margin of over 15 mins, and Jake Hilton (M14) winning his first national crown. SN Chair awarded Bonington Trophy 2023
The Bonington Trophy was donated to British Orienteering by its Honorary President, Sir Chris Bonington, the world-famous mountaineer. It is awarded annually for the 'best contribution to mapping' which can cover a whole range of activities related to mapping.
